These easy cookie bars bake up in less than half an hour; the chewy coconut-chocolate combination will guarantee that they disappear almost as quickly.


  • 48 RITZ Crackers, divided
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


1. Arrange 16 crackers in single layer on bottom of greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Coarsely break 20 crackers over layer in pan.

2. Top with a layer of coconut, chips and walnuts. Coarsely break remaining 12 crackers over top layer; drizzle evenly with condensed milk.

3. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and set. Cool in pan completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
