Here's an easy-to-bake apple pie topped with a delicious crunchy pecan crust.INGREDIENTS
1. Brush pie crust with some egg white. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes; cool.
2. Spoon pie filling into pie crust. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut in margarine or butter until mixture is crumbly; stir in pecans. Sprinkle over pie filling.
3. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired. Garnish with apple slices and mint sprig.TIME
