APRICOT-WALNUT PORK CHOPS

Sweet apricots and crunchy walnuts are a perfect topping for this broiled entree.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick, about 1 1/2 pounds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix walnuts, preserves, onion and apricots in small bowl.

2. Broil pork chops for 8 to 10 minutes; turn. Broil 5 to 7 minutes more or until almost done. Divide walnut mixture evenly over chops. Broil 3 minutes more or until nuts are lightly toasted and chops are done. Serve immediately.
