For breakfast or anytime this quick bread is moist and delicious.
1. Mix flour, wafer crumbs, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
2. Beat margarine or butter and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer at high speed until creamy. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in bananas. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts. Spread into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
