Claim to Fame- Fat Free products contain no more than 0.5 grams of fat per serving.
- Low-fat products contain no more than 3 grams of fat per serving.
- Reduced-calorie food products are
required to have at least 50% less
calories than the same food that is
not labeled "calorie reduced."
- "Light" can mean light
in calories, light in cholesterol,
light in sodium, light in fat, light
in colour, or light in flavour.
