living, and it seems we have developed
an aversion to this important nutrient.

What are the experts saying? One of
the Nutrition Recommendations for Canadians
states that our diets should include
no more than 30% of energy as fat. Here's
what that means:
- Males who consume 2,700 calories per day should be eating no more than 90 grams of fat per day
- Females who consume 1,900 calories per day should be eating no more than 65 grams of fat per day.
