- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups cooked, diced asparagus
- 1 cup Planters honey roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled or shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup real bacon crumbles
In medium mixing bowl, blend mayonnaise, honey and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Add asparagus, honey roasted peanuts, cheese and bacon. Mix well and serve with crackers, chips and/or vegetables.
