Almond Chicken DijonMakes 4 Servings

When it's chicken for dinner, try this easy entree with lots of almond crunch.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 1 pound
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, coarsely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place chicken in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
2. Blend mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon mustard mixture on one side of each chicken breast. Sprinkle with almonds.
3. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
