BANANA NUT PARFAIT

A fancy version of banana pudding, this easy dessert mixes peanuts, graham acker crumbs and chocolate chips in festive parfait glasses.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
- 10 Honey Grahams, finely rolled (about 2/3 cup crumbs)
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
- 1 (4-serving size) package Instant Vanilla or Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Reserve 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts for garnish. Mix remaining peanuts, crumbs and margarine or butter; set aside.
2. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using milk; stir in banana.
3. Layer pudding mixture, chocolate chips and crumb mixture in 4 (6-ounce) parfait glasses; chill until serving time. Serve garnished with whipped topping and reserved peanuts.
