PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES WITH PLANTERS HONEY ROASTED PEANUTS (and no jelly!)

Peanut Butter, in Cookies, with honey roasted peanuts, oh my!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
• 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup Planters honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butters, sugars, egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and stir into peanut butter mixture. Stir in peanuts. Scoop into golfballs size balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased lined cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
