BUTTER RUM BRITTLE

Use butter rum Lifesavers to make this crisp candy, oven-baked and perfect for the holidays.
INGREDIENTS
- 24 squares honey graham crackers
- 3 (1.14-ounce) rolls butter rum roll candy, finely crushed*
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecans, finely chopped and toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Line a 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet with foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer.
2. Sprinkle crushed candy over crackers. Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes or until melted.
3. Quickly sprinkle chocolate chips over melted candy; bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
4. Remove from oven; spread melted chips with a spatula and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool completely; break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
