HOT BROCCOLI BASKET

Here's an easy variation on a family favorite, with a crispy cracker topping.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 cracker wafers, divided
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place 6 wafers in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole; set aside.

2. Mix broccoli, mayonnaise, cheese, almonds, pimientos and mustard in large bowl. Spoon into baking dish; stand remaining wafers around outside edge of casserole.

3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
