1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy Planters Peanut Butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda

Mix the peanut butter, eggs, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the butter mixture until smooth. Set aside the dough in a refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll the dough into balls of about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on baking sheets. Flatten balls with a fork.

Bake the dough at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven. Serve when cool.
