Candied Nuts

 1 cup almonds
 1 ½ cups walnut halves
 1 ½ cups pecan halves
 ½ tsp melted butter
 ¼ tsp ground allspice
 ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
 1 ½ tsp teaspoons ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground ginger

In a slow cooker, mix the spices, butter, and confectioner’s sugar.

Slowly add the nuts to coat them.

Cover and cook the nuts on low heat for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the nuts are already crisp. Stir once.

Transfer the nuts to waxed paper. Allow cooling.

Store candied nuts in an airtight container.
