⅓ cup Planters Peanut Butter, Smooth
3 ripe bananas
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil

Slice bananas into ¼ inch thick pieces. Line them in a platter with parchment paper.

Add ½ tsp of Planters Peanut Butter on each slice. Layer another banana slice on top, to sandwich the peanut butter in the middle.

Freeze for about one hour.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.

Remove frozen banana bites from the freezer. Dip each banana bite into melted chocolate to coat.

Place them back into the platter; freeze.
