Melt chopped dark chocolate in a heated bowl. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until boil. Pour cream over the melted chocolate and allow to sit for 1 minute. Gently whisk the mixture until completely smooth. Allow it to cool.
Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar in a mixer. Blend until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
In another bowl, whisk heavy cream using a mixer. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a spatula.
Fill jars with alternating layers of peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache.
Add toppings of your choice.
