Peanut Pesto Pasta

 200 g Spaghetti
 ½ cup cilantro
 3 cloves garlic
 1 tsp chili flakes
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 3 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup Planters Dry Roasted Cup

In a well salted pot boil pasta until al dente (roughly 7 minutes).

In a food processor blend peanuts, cilantro, artichoke, chilli flakes, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth. Season accordingly.

When pasta is cooked, place in large bowl with pesto and stir.

Top with some dry roasted peanuts and cilantro.
