Cook spaghetti according to instructions on pack. Set aside.
Pound roasted peanuts. Add green chilies, cumin, garlic, and coriander leaves. Pound them until they are in the form of coarse paste to make the pesto.
In a large bowl, mix the pesto, lemon juice, and oil.
Add the spaghetti and mix well.
Add peanuts and cilantro as garnish.
