½ lb turkey breast tenderloin
4 ½ tsp soy sauce
4 ½ tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp ground ginger

Ŵhisk peanut butter, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, and ginger in a mixing bowl. Reserve 1 tbsp for basting.

Cut turkey into strips 1 1/2" wide. Coat with mixture.

Run skewers into turkey strips, lengthwise. Ensure turkey strips are secured on skewers.

Grill skewered strips to medium heat. Make sure there are no pink areas.

Turn skewered strips from one side to another, basting with reserved mixture.
