Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

 16 oz chocolate, chopped
 ½ cup cup Planters Peanut Butter, Smooth
 1 ¾ oz confectioner’s sugar
 2 tbsp softened butter

Prepare a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.

Melt half of the chocolate by microwave. Scoop the melted chocolate and distribute to the muffin tins, barely filling the bottom of each cup.

Freeze the pan for 15 minutes.

Whip the peanut butter, confectioner’s sugar and butter together. Use a hand mixer to mix them thoroughly.

Scoop the peanut butter filling into each of the previously filled muffin cups to make a layer. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Place the other half of the melted chocolate on the top layer of the muffin tins.

Allow it to settle and freeze for 15 minutes.

Serve.
