Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 1 ripe banana, mashed
  cup Planters Peanut Butter, smooth
 2 tbsp baking powder
 1 ¼ cups milk
 1 tbsp white sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp canola oil
1

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine banana, peanut butter, milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the second mixture to the first mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Ladle about ¼ cup of the batter onto the hot griddle in medium heat.

Cook until bubbles form on top. Flip the pancake until the surface turns to brown. Remove the pancake.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve while warm.
